Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

Twin River Berries ("we," "us," or "our") operates www.trberries.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or contact us through it, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use a form on our Contact Us page, we receive what you enter. Depending on the form, that is your name, email address, phone number, business or farm name, media outlet, business address, website, the products you are interested in or grow, your certifications, where you bought our berries, and your message. When you email us, we receive your email and what you write.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how it is used: pages visited, time on a page, the site that referred you, your approximate location based on your IP address, and your browser and device type. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for this. When you send a form, a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated programs, and our hosting provider records the country the request came from.

How we use information

• To answer your inquiry, whether you are a customer, a grower, a member of the media, or have feedback about our berries
• To follow up on product questions or concerns, including tracing a product back through our supply chain
• To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it
• To protect the Site and our forms against spam and misuse

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the information you send through our forms to send you marketing email you did not ask for.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that handle it on our behalf: our website hosting provider (Vercel), the service that delivers form submissions to our team by email (Resend), our spam-protection provider (Cloudflare), our email provider, and Google (analytics and tag management). These providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the safety of any person, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Cookies and your choices

You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, or to warn you before a cookie is stored; some parts of the Site may not work as intended without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

How long we keep information

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep normal business records, such as records of customer and grower relationships and product feedback, and then delete them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on every page. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

Links to other sites

The Site links to websites we do not operate, such as our social media pages. This policy does not cover those sites; please read their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
