We are farmers. We are packers. We are marketers.

Our journey begins in the blueberry fields. Founding partners Paul Escoe and Miguel Leonetti have been growing blueberries in Hood River, Oregon and San Pedro, Argentina for over 30 years combined. In 2011, Paul and Miguel saw an opportunity to join forces and offer their combined import program 4 months of the year. That act of collaboration led to the creation of Twin River which has continued developing into the next generation.

Ben Escoe started in this industry helping out on his father’s farm after school and during the warm Oregon summers. After a few years working in public accounting, Ben decided to leave the finance world and join forces with Paul and Miguel to launch Twin River Berries in 2014. He since has taken on daily operations, long term sustainability and growth strategy, now serving as the Managing Partner of the company in Portland, Oregon. Paul and Miguel continue contributing to the sales and buying sectors of the business as Twin River continues to expand and now offers a diverse selection of berries throughout the year.

We have stayed true to our farming roots and maintain partnerships with several small family farms that have been farming for generations. We're committed to increasing access to nutritious produce grown around the world and supporting the family farms behind each delicious bite. That is the Twin River way of life, and you can taste the difference in our berries.
